Individual supervision is one of the crucial processes in the ongoing professional development and personal growth of a mental health practitioner and is a requirement by their professional association (AHPRA) in order to continue as a registered practitioner.
Supervision is a form of reflective experiential learning, it is conversational and collaborative. There are agreed aims and objectives that work to promote competent professional functioning and wellbeing while safeguarding client care. With the ultimate aim to improve the service that you are providing to your clients.
